On the Monday morning the NETWORK have promised to put on something very special. The County’s own contingent to the World Scout Jamboree will be joining us.
There will also be displays and demonstrations during the day and in the evenings there will be special events - a firework display has been planned for the Saturday evening, besides campfires, disco and entertainment by various artist and groups throughout the weekend. – Something for all!
Beavers will have their own programme and will be able to stay in the Barn Complex or make day visits so join in the FUN.
Everyone will receive a special uniform badge featuring the four World Scout Jamborees held in England and the first Scout Badge used in 1908 besides a souvenir handbook and programme. Centenary memorabilia will be available.
All this for just £30 for young people taking part in the activities. For adults the fee is only £10 although they will be expected to assist on the activity bases for part of the weekend.
The Booking Form is now available. To ensure your place book as soon as possible - deposits are needed by the end of January and the full costs by the end of March.
