Yes it is one hundred years since the experimental Scout camp was held on Brownsea Island!

This camp led to a World Wide Movement of over 26 million members all enjoying Scouting besides supporting their local communities and developing from “children” to “young adults”.

The NORTH Centenary Jamboree is part of the Country AND World Wide celebrations of the Centenary of Scouting. We hope all members of Greater Manchester North will join us for what will be an exciting and memorable weekend, 25^th to 28^th May 2007
